A new NACC Section for the NE of England has been formed- the TWITTS (Tyne Wear Including Tees and Tweed) who have just held their inaugural meeting. Organiser Colin Liddell from Wallsend has sent in a report of the meeting, to read it please click on the link between the photos.
An NACC member has contacted the webmaster in the hope somebody out there can help with his Teagle engagement mechanism. It is the early Bowden-cable operated mechanism (not the later saw-toothed version projecting forward under the saddle) and has been dismantled but the suspicion is that some parts are missing. One part has been cleaned and plated, but it isn’t evident where it fits. Please click on the link below (Teagle parts) to see the photos and Teagle part list illustration. Anybody who can help, or supply a photo of a complete engagement mechanism, please contact us via the firstname.lastname@example.org email address or on the contact form. Many thanks!
