Last weekend’s Stafford International Classic Bike Show was a great success, despite very variable weather which must have put off some visitors. It is the first Mortons-organised show since the February 2020 Bristol Show at Shepton Mallet, after which the pandemic saw off all shows planned for that year and postponed the April 2021 show until now. John Burgess won the Best Autocycle award for his replica RAF Norman autocycle, a model much used on airfields for getting about, including Guy Gibson VC; a photo of him and his dog was displayed on the information board stand. Well done John!
